Eco-friendly play mats to educate children…

The complete collection of our educational play mats are eco friendly, being made from recycled car tyres and PET drink bottles.

Solar power is used for processing of the recycled materials which involves granulating the tyres into tiny particles of rubber and reforming them into mats.

The play mats are printed in the most vivid, durable colors, again using green energy sources, the majority being from our own bank of solar panels on our factory roof.

The mat sizes have been established based on extensive research on child sizes in the 3 to 7 year old group so they fit the majority of needs.

Off course when you make a play mat you want if to be safe to play on. The mats comply with current EU legislation concerning lead levels which are a trace, and the use of plasticizing phthalate agents are minimal.

For custom play mat designs: all art must be prepared to match a mat size of 36cm x 52cm with a 15mm bleed on each side of the image. Please, do not place text or borders running parallel to the edge, closer than 40mm. Do not place key elements of the design on or near the edge of the mat please
